With online shopping there is always a risk that you might not like the fabric or the size doesn't fit you well and it feels a bit unfair that the brand would offer free shipping to the UK but the returns are complicated and expensive. It's my fault as I should have checked before I placed an order that this was their policy - I wouldn't have placed my order at all if I knew.
